Character Strength Analysis

As indicated by the results, her primary character strengths include having perspective, self regulation, and creativity. This is justified by the content of her autobiography. As seen, she is responsible to all aspects of herself, whether personal or professional matters. Having a good perspective means she have a sensible view of life and she can provide wise advice to other people. These are exhibited in her initiative to lead others in certain endeavours. At the same time, it is seen on her insightful way of handling things. And although her opinions are painful, they are evidently facts.  Another strength is her ability to self regulate herself, she can handle urges and emotions, and she maintains discipline even if surrounded by bad influences. With that, she claims herself as a pursuer of excellence. This entails her undivided attention in accomplishing her tasks. And she is driven to be excellent, and delay play because she has work to do. Lastly is creativity, which is her ability to think novel and productive to come up with artistic abstractions. Hence, she engages in writing to express the numerous ideas that flow in her head. She uses poem to tackle topics that are often resented by people from various beliefs. And this is a smart way to express and spread awareness to such topics, but still be neutral. In summary, she is a woman with a great level of perspective in various aspects in life and strives for her words to be heard. In doing so, she designs an effective way of coping with it and does it in a way that her mind and heart are sufficiently regulated.

As for her weak points, data indicates that needs to work on being fair, forgiving, and humble. Third to the bottom is fairness which means treating people equally, and being free from biases. Although she attracts success by adhering to her morals, she can not help but miss the virtue of fairness. She finds it difficult to feel emphatic with people with different belief system. Instead of accepting cultural relativism, she views them as someone who frown up the right and keep a shut ear as facts are coming along their way. As a result, they become a person she does not want to deal with. And so she often does not prefer their company, and miss their potentials. Next is forgiveness, as someone who have been ridiculed in the past, having a merciful heart is not easy. At this time where she does not tolerate flaws and failure, it is difficult for her to accept the wrongdoings of other people, especially if it something that could have been avoided only if they listened to her. On the other line, she often find herself enraged by her own failures. And that causes her to program a negative self response. Lastly is humility, she is overflowing with self love and reliance. And so she takes pride on everything, for she does all of these with excellence. This causes some moments were cannot keep her feet on the ground, especially if had to go through needle to accomplish such goals.
